Speaking and Training

The Milwaukee LGBT Community Center provides speakers and training for a wide variety of community organizations, agencies and businesses to help raise awareness of issues related to the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Staff members and volunteers from the Center have presented at area schools and universities as well as at domestic violence organizations and local businesses.


TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Training ranges from LGBT 101 and advanced LGBT cultural competency to transgender-specific trainings utilizing our nationally recognized Transgender Education Project curriculum. Trainings may be customized based on your individual and organizational need as well as target population.
